• January 13: Steady Steps Fall Prevention, presented and sponsored by Sholom.
  • Recognizing risk factors and strategies for creating a safer home environment and minimizing falls with prevention techniques.
• February 24: Aging in Place: Challenges and Solutions, presented and sponsored by Home Instead, Sholom, and Waveform-Halsted Knutson
  • Join a senior resource focused panel featuring expert industry leaders in senior care. Learn how best to support your choice to stay at home longer or transition to a senior community. Each professional will share insights on preparing for a brighter future through informed decision-making and deep knowledge of what best practices to start now looks like!
• March 17: City of St. Louis Park Sustainability Division, sponsored by Senior Helpers
  • Come learn from the City of St. Louis Park's very own Sustainability Specialists on how to reduce your energy use, save money on energy upgrades, avoid common solar scams, compost your food scraps and more. Staff will provide resources and expertise on how you can reduce your carbon footprint and leave a healthier world for future generations.
• April 14: Funeral Planning, presented and sponsored by Washburn McReavy Funeral Homes
