  • The Compass Within: Cultivating Emotional Wellness Workshop Series

    In this workshop series, children and parents will learn the essential life skills with The Compass Within. The Compass Within is a program designed to nurture emotional regulation, self-awareness, confidence and mind-body connection. Through a blend of interactive activities, emotional vocabulary building, mindfulness practices and cultivating community, this program empowers youth to develop essential life skills for emotional resilience and well-being. This program includes activities focused on building emotional intelligence, fostering self awareness and enriching mind-body harmony. This 3-workshop series will consist of: Parent's Night Out (Friday, April 25th, 5:30-8:30 pm): this is for student's (Grades 3-5) only. In this workshop students will engage in activities to promote emotional and personal growth while building community and connection with their peers. A pizza dinner will be available! Parent's Workshop (Tuesday, April 29, 6-8 pm): this is for parent's only. In this workshop, parents will be taught how to apply The Compass Within principles in their own lives and within their families. The goal is to equip parents with techniques to model emotional intelligence and foster emotional wellness in your household. Parent/Child Workshop (Saturday, May 3, 10 am-Noon): this is for students and parents to attend together. In this workshop, student and parents will get to put their individual learning and experiences to together build to their families emotional wellness tool-kit. Please register each person individually.
  • Family Introduction to Archery

    Join us for an fun-filled archery experience where both adults & children can learn and enjoy the art of archery together! In this unique class, each child participant must have at least one accompanying adult (or each adult with have at least one accompanying child). All equipment provided. Please register each person individually. Children must be at least 7 years of age.
