Breathing in specific ways can have amazing and powerful healing benefits on your mind and body. Breath work is the single most powerful thing you can practice for improving energy levels, health, and wellbeing. In this workshop, you will learn ancient breathing exercises that will: neutralize stress by reprogramming your nervous system, increase energy and vitality, increase brain function, improve immune response and decrease depression and anxiety. Breathing exercises are powerful, free and literally right under your nose. 

Join us online! This class will be held using Zoom. You can choose to enable your camera and audio, or just view the live content. More information will be sent before class and instructor, Janice Novak, will lead you through the class from the comfort of your own home! This online class is held in partnership with multiple Community Education programs. You will receive the link 24-48 hours before the class begins.

Janice Novak

Instructor Janice Novak has a Master’s Degree in Health & Physical Education. She is an internationally acclaimed author, speaker and wellness consultant who empowers people to take action toward attaining better health. Her easy-to-use techniques are informational and motivational. Janice regularly presents health segments on television and radio, including a guest spot on the Oprah Winfrey Show discussing her book, “Posture, Get It Straight!”
