    Get ideas for new recipes, new cooking techniques and tips for cooking for 1 and healthy eating on a budget! Learn how to make flavorful, healthy meal choices you can cook at home - taste them in class - and go home with the recipes. The meals are designed to be freezer-ready, shareable, and they avoid using processed ingredients. The class is geared toward those who have mobility limitations, special dietary needs, or want to learn how to eat healthy without spending a lot of money. There is no cost to attend the class, but please register in advance! This class is offered in partnership with St. Louis Park Community Education and Instructor Stefanie Hailperin.

    North Indian food has bold and rich flavors from ghee, cream, and spices. Let’s learn how to layer flavors using different spices. We will make chicken tikka masala, aloo masala, spiced rice, and tomato raita. This is an online class using Zoom, the class link will be emailed 24-48 hours before class.
