North Indian food has bold and rich flavors from ghee, cream, and spices. Let’s learn how to layer flavors using different spices. We will make chicken tikka masala, aloo masala, spiced rice, and tomato raita.

This is an online class using Zoom, the class link will be emailed 24-48 hours before class.

Ploy Khunisorn

Ploy Khunisorn is a native of Thailand. She went to Suan Dusit International Culinary School while she was working as a financial analyst in Bangkok. She came to the USA to earn a Master of Liberal Arts in Sustainability at Harvard University and a Master of Education at Cambridge College. She started teaching cooking classes in 2014. Having traveled to over 30 countries, she has enjoyed and learned to cook a variety of cuisines around the world. In her 10+ years of teaching experience, Ploy has taught over 6,000 students for community adult education and community colleges. All of Ploy's classes are taught online using Zoom.
