Do you have a favorite song, artist, movie, play, or meme? This class focuses on how poetry influences a lot of the things we enjoy, and how things around us are not always as they seem. We will have class discussions about pop culture moments, and dive into how our different interpretations of a shared experience can teach us empathy and understanding of ourselves and those we share spaces with.
