Yoga Flow

Adult Enrichment 2025-2026

In this vinyasa-style class, participants will focus on mindful movement and breath to build strength, flexibility, and inner calm. Each week, students will be able to explore new sequences designed to build both balance and stamina.

Participants should be able to move comfortably between standing, sitting, and lying positions. Please bring a yoga mat, water bottle, and any additional props you may need (such as yoga blocks).

Lisa Isaacson

Lisa is passionate about yoga and its ability to improve lives. Since beginning her yoga journey in 1990 after being stuck by a car while crossing the street, Lisa has cultivated a deep appreciation for the transformative power of yoga and its ability to support wellness at every stage of life.

Lisa is a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT 200) with the Yoga Alliance, a credential that reflects her commitment to high standards of teaching and continuing education. She specializes in both vinyasa and chair yoga, creating inclusive and accessible classes for students of all abilities and backgrounds.

Lisa is committed to fostering a welcoming and encouraging space where every student can explore yoga at their own pace. Her teaching style combines warmth, clarity, and a genuine love for sharing the benefits of yoga with others.
