Kids Place provides exceptional child care options for working families. As part of St. Louis Park Public Schools, we share the district’s commitment to provide children a safe, nurturing environment that energizes and enhances the spirit.
Arrive in the charming village of Afton, Minnesota, and step into the historic Afton House Inn, a modern property brimming with antique charm and beautiful views of the St. Croix River Valley. Upon arrival, guests will receive their roles for an interactive Murder Mystery Play. As you work to clear your own name, you’ll question other “suspects” and uncover clues about who had the motive and opportunity. Enjoy two hours of laughter, intrigue, and detective work—all while savoring a delicious lunch served during the performance. Participation is encouraged, but completely optional.
Guests will be picked up at Lenox Community Center at 10:00 a.m. and will travel by coach bus. Upon arrival, they will have lunch in the ballroom. Menu: rosemary roasted pork loin with garlic mashed potatoes, fresh vegetables, rolls, coffee, hot tea, and dessert. The estimated return time to Lenox Community Center is 2:30 p.m.
