Interval Circuit

Studies show that interval training boosts the body’s metabolism. Circuit training is an effective method of exercising the whole body in a short period of time. Combine the two and you have a dynamically efficient strength and conditioning workout. All levels and abilities welcome. Our motto is: “We have to exercise in the morning before our brains realize what we are doing!” Please bring a mat and a water bottle. No class November 28 or December 26.

Join us online or in person! This class will be held online using Zoom or in person at the Lenox Community Center. You can choose to attend however is best for you! This online class is held in partnership with multiple Community Education Programs.

Instructor

Cathy O'Donnell


Cathy is a long time resident of St. Louis Park. She has been working in the Fitness Industry since 1991 as both a Group Exercise Instructor and Personal Trainer, and holds multiple certifications. Cathy has been a National Presenter for NETA (the National Exercise Trainer’s Association) since 2005 and travels the country training and certifying fitness professionals. In 2010, she began leading Laughter Yoga sessions and is now a Certified Laughter Yoga Teacher, training others to spread health and hilarity. Cathy believes in life-long learning and loves to share her passion for movement with people.
