Macarons are beautiful and so fun to make! Nancy will show you some simple tricks to make the process easy. We will make three different kinds, all set for the holidays. Students will bake and assemble one recipe from start to finish, as well as decorate and assemble the other two recipes. You will be the talk at the party when you serve these little delicacies!
This class is being offered through a partnership with Wayzata Community Education and will be held at Wayzata Central Middle School.
*Supply fee of $13 cash is due to the instructor at the beginning of class
Instructor Nancy Burgeson has taught adult and youth education classes for 50 years (and loves it as much today as she did 50 years ago!). Her expertise is in the baking occupations area. She has been awarded many awards through the years for her excellence in training other baking instructors. She also received teacher of the year and was inducted into the Wilton Enterprises Hall of Fame
