St. Louis Park Community Education

This supportive and fun mental health group for middle school students has a goal to empower each student to feel more confident in their ability to navigate life's challenges by receiving emotional support, growing confidence, and building coping strategies in an encouraging, small group setting. Through a combination of group activities, educational resources, and discussions, students will focus on building their sense of self, learning communication skills, improving emotion regulation, and setting goals for their future. A parent or guardian must provide consent for participation on the attached form.
