In these difficult times, most of us are being faced with challenges that we never expected. We cannot control outside forces. What we can do, is do our best to not let the stress overwhelm us. In this completely free Intro to Meditation class, I’ll show you easy techniques to help manage stress. We’ll focus on two types of meditation: Mindfulness and Walking.
