This 2 session class will focus on learning the basics of cupcake decorating (1st class) and cake decorating (2nd class).
Cupcake decorating (1st session): Have you always wanted to learn how to decorate cupcakes with piping bags and tips? First, we will make our own frosting, then we will get to work learning the basic techniques or decorating using piping bags and tips.
Cake Decorating (2nd session): Learn how to work with fondant—no cakes needed! In this class, you will learn how to use fondant to make the cake of your dreams. Students will cover a styrofoam "cake" and sculpt different shapes to build an awe-worthy creation!
All students who participate in our decorating classes are invited to sign up for our 1st ever Cupcake Wars competition on Feb. 24th, 4:30-6:30 PM!
