Drums Alive® Golden Beats® empowers seniors to improve their fitness, motivation, and overall well-being, promoting active aging. Healthy active adults who are mentally, physically, emotionally, and socially engaged will enjoy independence, live longer, and enjoy a higher quality of life. Drums Alive® Golden Beats® incorporates drumming, dancing, and music. Please wear comfortable workout clothes.
I have over 20 years of experience working with adults of all ages. I am a music therapist, Hennepin County Master Gardener and a certified instructor for Golden Beats which is a fitness program for seniors. I have been teaching it in the Twin Cities for almost 4 years with much success. As a resident of St. Louis Park, I have been looking for opportunities to teach in my community.
