Soul Intuitive Painting asks of us to let go of an imagined goal and discover being at home with ourselves, in the present moment. The transformation that occurs when we touch our creative essence is nothing short of profound. There’s an expansiveness in which the circumstances of our lives are held differently and our world appears in its potential rather than its limitation.
This Four Week: Introductory Soul Painting Series welcomes the painter with or without any previous artistic background into a safe and exploratory environment.

This dear reader, is the basis of what we unpack at Studio Inside Out: Center For Process Arts. We play with and support "what happens" when you and a supple paint brush, meet a plethora of vibrant colors and the UNKNOWN:
We talk about what "art" and art making brings up for most people. We support you when you "get stuck", don't know which direction to turn, or when the "ANTS (Automatic Negative Thoughts)" creep in.
Join us for a painting class like you’ve never experienced before; creative expression with a focus purely on meeting yourself with an open heart and curiosity.
This class will include light discussion, Intuitive Painting and possibly light writing. Join Studio Inside Out founder Liba Zweigbaum Herman in welcoming your potential and new beginnings this spring!
Instructor Liba Zweigbaum Herman brings genuine heart, passion and individuality to her connection with people and creativity. With degrees in Experiential and Education and Art Education, Liba has long been drawn to the power of creative exploration. She first discovered Intuitive Painting while living in Oregon over 20 years ago and was deeply captivated by its dynamic and restorative qualities. She has studied with The Center For Creative Exploration and The Painting Experience in San Francisco, CA; thus leading her passion to open Studio INSIDE OUT on Minnetonka Boulevard in St. Louis Park.
Liba has worked locally with North Memorial Hospitals MN Cares, MN Depart of Health, Courageous HeARTS, Free Arts MN, Minnetonka Center for the Arts, Old Arizona Youth Programs, St. Louis Park Community Education, Sunny Hollow Montessori, Hineni: Center of Jewish Contemplative Studies, Beth El Synagogue, Rimon: MN Jewish Arts Council and the Twin Cities Jewish Artists Lab through the MN JCC.
