NORDIC WALKING is the best walk! Nordic walking is fun and easy and a great activity to share with your friends. By adding poles, every step turns your daily walk into a total work out. Walk, talk, and enjoy the benefits. These include added stability and balance which will increase your heart rate 12-20 beats per minutes over your normal walk, burn 20-40 percent more calories for weight control and reduction, help with stress relief and be outside and reconnect with nature. Wear comfortable clothes. Walking poles will be provided.
