Golden Beats empowers seniors to improve their fitness, motivation, and overall well-being, promoting active aging. Healthy active adults who are mentally, physically, emotionally, and socially engaged will enjoy independence, live longer, and enjoy a higher quality of life. Golden Beats incorporates drumming, dancing, and music. Please wear comfortable workout clothes.
Maria earned a Bachelor of Music with a focus on Music Therapy from the University of Minnesota- Twin Cities School of Music. She founded Music Sense, LLC in 2001, providing on-site and virtual music therapy sessions. Maria also teaches Drums Alive® Golden Beats classes to promote health and wellness across all age groups and abilities.
