Formally Zumba Gold®, Dance Fitness for Seniors this easy-to-follow program lets you move to the beat at your own speed. It's an invigorating, community-oriented dance-fitness class that feels fresh, and most of all, exhilarating! These classes provide modified, low-impact moves for active older adults.
If you are participating as a drop-in, please bring $6 for each class. Exact change is appreciated.
I have over 20 years of experience working with adults of all ages. I am a music therapist, Hennepin County Master Gardener and a certified instructor for Golden Beats which is a fitness program for seniors. I have been teaching it in the Twin Cities for almost 4 years with much success. As a resident of St. Louis Park, I have been looking for opportunities to teach in my community.
