  • Community Service Club

    Be a part of enhancing our community by joining a new club. The Community Service Club is a joint program with St. Louis Park Community Education Adult Programs and Project SOAR to give us an opportunity to work together to serve and give back to our community. Each month we will be focusing on a different project. This course doesn't have a required registration fee but we have a suggested donation amount and other options to donate what you can to help us purchase materials for the projects. March 20th - 7-8pm: Meet at Lenox Community Center April 17th - 7-8pm: Meet at Lenox Community Center May 15th - 7-8pm: Meet at Lenox Community Center June 12th - 4:45-6:30pm: Meet at Feed My Starving Children: Join us as we package and label nutritious meals for children and families around the world. Please arrive on time and wear comfortable clothing and shoes. There will be a variety of tasks to help with and every meal packed is another kid fed and lives saved. July 24th - 6:30-7:30pm: Meet at Westwood Hills Nature Center: Support local spaces and conservation of our natural habitat found at Westwood Hills. Feel bird feeders, help with light cleaning and more to keep this community spot a welcome environment. Wear comfortable clothing and shoes for working inside and outside, we will have a variety of tasks for all abilities to assist with. August 14th - 7-8pm: Meet at Lenox Community Center
  • Foreign Film Movie & Discussion

    Join fellow film fans in the Little Theater at Lenox to watch and discuss engaging and thought-provoking foreign films. We'll view the movie and then have time for focused discussion led by Lisa Kjellander from the SLP Library. Sponsored by Friends of the St. Louis Park Library.     Introduction to Meditation

    Deep within us, deep in our core is an ocean of calm, of peace. Meditation can help us reconnect to our peaceful core so that we can face life's difficulties while maintaining a sense of wellbeing. Join us for a relaxing 1/2 hour. Join us online!
