Join us for our kick-off to our Lunch & Learn series! Come learn about important topics for seniors and enjoy lunch on us. 

The agenda for each session is as follows:

  • 11:45am-12:10pm: Lunch and Socialize
  • 12:10pm: Welcome and Introductions
  • 12:15pm-1pm: Presentation 

Lunch and Learn Series Topics:

  • September 23: Fraud and Scams presented by Senior Community Services and St. Louis Park Police Department. Lunch is sponsored by Sholom, who will serve Jimmy John's sandwiches. 
  • October 21: Exercise & Safety 101 + Strategies for Staying Fit as We Age presented by Odom Rehabilitation and Sports Medicine. Lunch is sponsored by The Glenn Hopkins Senior Living Community, who will serve a box lunch of a chicken salad sandwich on croissant, soup, chips, fresh fruit, and brownie.
  • November 18: Estate Planning presented by Mike Meyers with Legacy Assurance Plan. Lunch is provided by Mike, who will serve soup, salad, and breadsticks from Olive Garden.
