On-Site Flu & COVID-19 Shot Clinic from Cub Pharmacy at the Lenox Community Center! Free with most insurance. No co-payment unless required by your plan. Restrictions and exclusions may apply. Ask your Cub Pharmacist for details.
Walk-ins are welcome but appointments are preferred. You will need to bring your prescription insurance card and Medicare part B card (if over 65) to the clinic.
