You'll be preparing chicken cacciatore using fresh chopped garlic, sweet basil, red onion, mushrooms and capers simmered in a delightful marinara sauce. You’ll enjoy beef braciole stuffed with prosciutto ham and parmesan cheese in a savory burgundy sauce. We'll pair these delicacies with creamy, garlic mashed potatoes, tender green beans tossed in olive oil with lemon and plenty of bruschetta for dipping. We'll finish with Crème brulee, a rich, creamy custard with a caramel crust.

All supplies are included in the registration fee.

Founder of "Flavors from the Home" Jeff's love of food began at the Lincoln Del. He sought formal training at L'Hotel Sofitel in Bloomington, MN and Houston Texas. His 40+ year professional career has brought him to such spots as Buca Di Beppo, Figlio, Sunsets on the Bay, My pie pizza and the Sunshine Factory to name just a few. He's appeared on several cooking shows demonstrating his culinary wizardry but his passion is teaching and demystifying the process of gourmet cooking.
