This fun class is a wonderful way to stretch, increase flexibility, balance and strength, all while relaxing your body and mind. Gentle stretches and postures are accompanied by deep steady breathing that improves blood circulation, soothes the nervous system and increases vitality. Wear comfortable clothes and bring a mat. You will be watching it on Park TV15 in the comfort of your own home.
