Looking for some quick and simple options for a wonderful holiday menu? Learn how to create a few full-flavored traditional dishes in a fraction of the time using the electric pressure cooker / multi-cooker called the Instant Pot® during a LIVE VIRTUAL DEMONSTRATION STYLE class! A very full and busy class indeed! Holiday menu items will include Full Flavored Faux Roasted Chicken (turkey can be made the same way, but duration of class only allows for a chicken option), Holiday Mashed Potatoes, Spiced Honey Glazed Carrots, and Pumpkin Cheesecake! Have your questions answered by the instructor and watch your Instant Pot® confidence grow during this class!

If the instructor’s personal recipes are used for this class, they will be shared as a PDF. If recipes used are on-line, links to these recipes will be shared. Note: One registration fee for this on-line Virtual class can include participants from the same household only. In addition, please know that every attempt will be made to keep to these wonderful menu items. Given current circumstances however, the instructor may have to make substitutions. Thank you for your understanding.

Join us online! This class will take place on Zoom. Participants will receive instructions on how to access the class prior to it starting. As an added bonus, the instructor has created a private group on Facebook exclusively for participants of her cooking classes. Everyone will receive an invite to the group although joining is optional. The Facebook group will provide an opportunity for members to ask questions, share their own creations, interact with other participants and support each other on their Instant Pot® journey. Tess Georgakopoulos

Tess Georgakopoulos has been cooking for well over 40 years since she was roughly 6 years old. Born into a Greek family, the art of cooking traditional meals using ones senses rather than recipes and measurements was passed on from one generation to the next. Her father was also a trained chef who brought the magic of food to life in another form on the weekends as they cooked elaborate family meals together. Food prepared from the heart, with ones own hands and creativity was, and continues to be an expression of love in her home.
As a skilled home cook and baker, Tess enjoys creating original recipes for her family and friends. Sweet, savory, or doughy, she enjoys experimenting and creating in the kitchen daily. Pressure-cooking with a stove top cooker has been a part of her culinary repertoire for over 25 years. Tess is creating new recipes and reinventing traditional ones using the Instant Pot, which is taking her pressure-cooking to another level!
She has been teaching both in-person and on-line cooking classes through community education for a number of years having worked with numerous public school districts in and around the Twin Cities. Tess has recently started writing her first cookbook, and her food blog is also in the works!
