Would you like to begin a simple exercise program which can be done easily at home with no equipment or space needs? Do you know that you would feel better if you exercised regularly? Choose Qigong because it is easy to remember, engages all your senses, helps physically, emotionally, and spiritually and is quite inexpensive. For thousands of years Qigong was used in China as the primary treatment for all medical conditions. Currently popular due to the concept of “energy medicine”, Qigong will help you be happy as you transform your own energy. Wear comfortable clothing, bring water and a yoga mat if you like to stand on something soft. Can be done standing or sitting.

Deborah Heltzer

Deborah has been practicing Qi Gong daily for several years and continues to study at Spring Forest Qi Gong, where she recently received Certification as a Spring Forest Qi Gong Group Practice Leader. She lives in St. Louis Park.
