This body-positive class was created for you! 60 minutes of gentle Hatha yoga combined with breathing and mindfulness exercises will help you reduce stress while improving balance, strength and body awareness. No flexibility, experience or fancy spandex pants required! Wear comfortable, stretchy clothes and bring a yoga mat. Perfect for beginners.
