Kim is a world traveler and environment enthusiast. She received a B.A. Degree in Travel and Tourism from St. Cloud State University. Following graduation, Kim began a career with the airline industry in New York, and spent her free time traveling the world. For the past few years Kim has embraced a Zero Waste lifestyle, and collects less than two garbage bags of trash per year. Kim has been active in facilitating environmental changes in her community through teaching community education courses, frequent communication with city officials, involvement with recycling education with her city, and an active on-line presence.
Ashley is a former Special Education and Literacy Education Teacher. In addition to running a part time wedding coordinating business, Ashley spends most of her time with her three young children. For the past few years Ashley has embarked on a Zero Waste lifestyle journey. She founded a closed Facebook group and began blogging her journey, along with a group of followers. In addition to involvement with a local recycling program, she is involved in local environmental activism.
